What makes online education successful? WISE Pedagogy’s mission has been to help Library & Information Science instructors and doctoral students answer that question. The purpose of this blog, in conjunction with the WISE Pedagogy initiative, was to help LIS educators develop effective online teaching methods by exploring best practices, reviewing educational software, and offering a space to reflect and comment on various facets of online pedagogy.

WISE Pedagogy was coordinated by Anne McKinney through the WISE Consortium and the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Unfortunately, budget cuts have required us to end this blog. For more information:
